In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active nn55 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different devices, or different IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. nn55 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must not share your account login details with any other person for any reason.
• You must notify nn55 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify nn55 of any breach.
• nn55 reserves the right to require additional verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Accounts registered using false information, temporary email addresses, or virtual private networks (VPNs) to circumvent geographic restrictions may be suspended without prior notice.

nn55 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be updated periodically. Current limits are displayed within the nn55 cashier section.

By depositing funds into your nn55 account, you confirm that:

• The payment method used belongs to you and you are its lawful owner or authorised user.
• The funds being deposited are not derived from any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or tax evasion.
• You are not using the nn55 platform as a mechanism for currency exchange, fund transfer, or any financial activity unrelated to genuine gaming activity.

nn55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposit transactions at its sole discretion. Where a deposit cannot be verified, nn55 may hold the funds pending investigation and may return the deposit to the originating payment method rather than crediting the account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. nn55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not previously used for deposit, or accounts held in names other than the registered account holder's verified identity.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per payment method. Current minimums are displayed in the cashier section.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of a government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of address.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24–72 hours of request approval, subject to payment provider processing schedules.

• Bonus credits and their associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed before the stated expiry date and time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nn55 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any capacity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer or multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform glitches — any winnings generated through known errors will be voided.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the nn55 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform in any manner. Any unauthorised use of nn55 intellectual property will result in account closure and may give rise to legal action.

Nothing in this clause limits nn55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

nn55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotional terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• A valid request from the Player themselves to close their account, including through the self-exclusion mechanism.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or other legal instrument requiring account action.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of Terms, nn55 may retain any funds in the account as a legitimate contractual remedy. Where closure is initiated by the Player or by nn55 for reasons unrelated to breach, the remaining real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus credits) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after any outstanding verifications are completed.
